Dua & Zikir Rehberi is a mobile companion app providing access to Islamic duas, adkar, hadiths, Al-Asma al-Husna, a dhikr counter, and related religious content.

The app is provided for religious guidance purposes only; it is not a substitute for religious rulings (fatwa), legal, or medical advice. For important religious matters, you are advised to consult qualified sources and subject-matter experts.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the app or its content.

The texts, design, audio, and other materials within the app belong to their respective rights holders and are protected by copyright.

Religious texts are compiled from traditional sources; translations and arrangements are provided as part of the app.

The app may offer free and Premium (paid subscription) features. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period from your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account upon confirmation of purchase. Refund requests are subject to the respective store's policies.

Prices may change without prior notice; your current subscription period will not be affected.

You may not use the app in violation of applicable laws, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or disrupt or abuse the service.

The app is provided "as is". We make no express or implied warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no liability for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the app.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app without prior notice if we believe you have violated these terms.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When the effective date changes, the updated text will be published on this page.

Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Central) have jurisdiction over any disputes.
